DAY PASS DONATION POLICY

Donation Requirements:

• Requests must be received no later that four weeks prior to the event and no earlier that six months before an event.  Requests may be submitted filling out the donation form.
• If a request is submitted after November 1st, it will be held for the following year's donations.
• Requests per organization can only be made one time per year. For organizations with multiple locations/branches a donation to one, is considered a donation to the organization.

Eligible Organizations:

• Non-profit organizations only

Ineligible Organizations/Activities:

• Utah Schools (they already receive free admission through our field trip program)
• Incentive Programs
• For profit companies (we will consider trades, but not donations)
• Organizations that have received previous donations through another Zoo program

Processing:

•  Application are reviewed approximately every two weeks.
