Printed admission tickets may be taken straight to the entry gates for immediate entry into the zoo. Online memberships must be taken to a ticketing window and redeemed for permanent membership cards. Lost or damaged online tickets may be recovered at the Member and Guest Services office if provided with the order confirmation number from the purchaser’s confirmation email. Picture identification and / or proof of purchase may be required to pick-up tickets and/or memberships from the Member and Guest Services office.
Utah’s Hogle Zoo is open every day except Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. Utah’s Hogle Zoo reserves the right to change admission hours and/or operating days without advanced notice to the purchaser. Purchaser’s ticket is only good for the time specified on the purchaser’s “print-at-home” ticket.
